Who am I?

My name is Jeff Stephenson and I have been an adult educator for over 20 years, working as a corporate computer trainer as well as a college English instructor and Academic Dean

I have graduate degrees in English and Higher Education Administration

I taught friends, family members, and students of various ages backgrounds how to write straightforward resumes and cover letters that got them interviews

Since 2010, I have worked with my colleagues, friends, and family to create effective professional development plans using SWOT analyses and various personality assessments (Cliftonstrengths, High5, and DISC) to develop tangible goals and action plans

I have applied for many positions in my career and understand the difficulty behind crafting and revising resumes and cover letters that highlight your best skills and dispositions
